I know some of you would like to know what caused me to become very sick. I can tell you that it was something simple, ASTHMA. Yes, I ended up in the hospital for a week because of asthma exacerbation, later we found out I also had PNEUMONIA. Now I've been sick before but not to that extent and I took my asthma very lightly by not getting regular check-ups.
I was told if I'd been sick with H1N1 I could have possibly died. Those aren't words you want to hear. For those who have asthma we all know that when we catch a cold we have trouble breathing but I didn't really understand that if I got a serious viral infection the effects it would have.
