Quaker State Mobil Oil Rebate
Quaker State Oil has a rebate for $5 back by mail 0n the purchase of 5 quarts or oil change. You must complete and submit the form with the original installer identified service invoice or retailer identified cash register receipt showing the required purchase between July 1, 2009 and September 7, 2009. Requests mus be post marked by September 21, 2009 and receives by October 7,2009.
